Thursday’s are going to be fun at SEEK! Trish LOVES herself some coffee. I’ve always liked coffee but hanging out with Trish has “awakened” my taste for it! There is so much to say about it and so many places to get it. So, we have decided to do a Coffee Crawl throughout the Triad! Each Thursday, Trish will be sharing her coffee breaks with us!
To begin, here are a few words from Trish…
As some of you know, I’m a little bit of a coffee addict {I prefer not to call myself a “coffee snob”}. I am in NO WAY a connoisseur of these fine grinds, but I do know what I like and will share it with you.
My plan is to stop by local coffee shops, diners, and if I must… truck stops to find a good cup of Joe. I’ll let you know what’s good and plan on leaving out what is bad. If you know of a GREAT stop you frequent for this liquid gold (or brown if you must), leave me some “comment love” and I’ll do my best to dash over to get my “fix!” Who knows, maybe I’ll even sit and enjoy one with you. That is, until the caffeine kicks in and I have to run ![]()

Wow! This is gonna be my fav section. I m an avid lover of coffee n as much as i enjoy makin it i love hoppin places to c who makes it good. Well i loved panera bread’s chai latte, brewed to perfection n the aroma of the chai was not too much not too less.
Avenue in downtown also had served a nice cup of coffee, though it was very little to sip on.
I have heard Maxy B’s coffee is good, gotta try tht out.
I am more of a tea drinker. My husband definitely loves his coffee. He enjoys Tate Street Coffee. They have some pretty good pastries in there as well.
Check out Java K’s across from Fresh Market on Lawndale.
