Back to school for me equals “Back to Packing Lunch”. This year I’m armed with a new and fresh approach to packing lunch thanks to Laptop Lunches.

I stumbled upon some Laptop Lunches lunch boxes in a store in Asheville North Carolina recently. I mentally noted the website and eagerly checked them out the first chance I had. Not only did I discover that the lunch boxes were free of phthalates, bi sphenol A (BPA) or lead, but the website was full of tips for packing healthy lunches, menus idea, and nutrition information.

This system includes a insulated carrying case, water bottle, Bento Box with inner container and utensils, plus a copy of Laptop Lunch: The Users Guide for $37.99.

Good news, the system is available at Earth Fare in Greensboro! Save shipping and shop local!

Another great feature on their website is the link to subscribe to a weekly lunch menu feed, complete with colorful lunch photos and preparation notes. I’m all signed up and ready to go!

We’ve had our Laptop Lunch Boxes for over a year now. Initially, we used them for picnics, lunch at the pool, etc., since my kids were in school at the time. Now, I pack 2 lunches a day, 5 days a week – and I still love the LLBs! My kids think they are great fun, and I love them because they help me pack healthier, waste-free lunches.
