SO here’s an old stop I use to make several years ago. Thought I’d stop in to grab a quick cup, only to find it didn’t look so old and dark anymore or have that lingering aroma of burnt coffee beans! It was fresh and clean with tons of room to spread out if needed. This place used to be Carolina Coffee or State St. Coffee or something like that. Now it’s Greensborough Coffee and I like it. I met the guy working there, Luke, the guy “in the know”, the guy who loves his job, the guy you’d like to stay and have a cup of coffee with.

They offer FREE Wi-Fi and I will be sure to take advantage of it soon! Need a place to meet with a group, get some work done, just chill and hide from the world? This is the place to do so. Nothing fancy shmancy, just a good clean atmosphere with people who love what they do!

I agree. I love that coffee place so much. And Luke IS really awesome, haha. If I had a car Id probably go there everyday.

Great review – and it’s accurate! Plus, there are the goodies from Simple Kneads, baby Cokes, local art, a book exchange, bring-your-own mug, a friendly staff …
