Miles for Smiles!

Cannon Ball Run

Cannon Ball Run

The Greensboro Cannonball Run will be a 13.1 mile course with the Start/Finish located at Greensboro Country Park. The event will include something for everyone with team divisions and the fittest family challenge. If you’re not up for a full 13.1 miles you can participate on a relay team or compete in the 5k run. We didn’t forget the youngsters, the Kid’s Cannonball Run Marathon will get your kids involved and keep them motivated to complete 26.2 miles!

Sponsor of Run (paying ALL fees for the registered Special Needs kids):

What is slightly different about this event? Janelle Robinson is including special needs children this year! And yes, Trish’s son Drake, will once again be the head of the pack! To read more about this great woman and her endeavors, goto Eddie Wooten’s article at the News and Record. Her group is called Miles for Smiles, how clever is that?
