Hey Triad, LOOK what Seek has found now… We have the ultimate in Valentine treats, CANNOLI!!! That’s right, Holy Cannoli is launching just in time for the ultimate sweet treat holiday. Owned and operated by a local girl, Pierina Cangialosi, who is working in the family business {Cangilosi Specialties, a wholesale meat company made with Giacomo’s original recipes from home}. The Cangialosi’s come from a long line of Italians {truly from Italy} and they want to share their secret family recipes with the Triad.

Crisp and delicious cannoli shells, filled with the most decadent cream filling. You can order them plain and simple, chocolate dipped, or Pierina can decorate these little gems to your liking for the holidays! She offers only fresh cannoli so you’ll have to order them QUICK if you want them by Valentine’s Day! Who wouldn’t want something sweet for this special day that’s out of the ordinary and chocolate too?

Oh and did we mention, Holy Cannoli offers only “real” ingredients, no extra chemicals or trans-fats! You’ll find only real fresh ingredients such as flour, sugar, eggs and vegetable shortenings in the crispy, crunchy shells. In the cream filling, you’ll get fresh ricotta cheese, sugar, chocolate chips, vanilla extract and natural spice. Not to mention they are here in the Triad for you to grab by the half or full dozen… no point in ordering just one!

Well, a combo package would be great. Maybe I’ll do the chocolate dipped and a few decorated as well? So many decisions. What’s a gal to do?! We’re Italian, so I am really excited to have some REAL cannolis!!
