We will start our “Seek a NEW You” motivation in January and will inspire you in many categories. Seek will be focusing on getting fit three times a week at the Seek a New You Fit Club class at Proehlific Park. This class will take you through a clever assortment of fitness activities using fitness props, weights, body movements and various core exercises around our amazing 22-acre state-of-the-art facility. Imagine being more physically fit, maybe losing a few inches or pounds, feeling stronger and simply better than when you walked in. When your body has been sculpted through cardiovascular fitness training in a highly imaginative, total body workout, your life will take on a whole new meaning.

All fitness levels and experience are welcome! Men and Women welcome! The class begins January 11 and will go for 8 weeks. Don’t wait another second, get registered NOW {just one click, a debit/credit card and you are in!}. We hope you will take part of this awesome experience where we will be cheering each other on for our individual fitness goals. {MJ can’t wait and Trish is “not as thrilled” but will be giving it her ALL!} We will be writing along the way to show our ups and downs too, we don’t want you to miss a minute!!!

Could you use a little inspiration in your home? Clutter got you down?  We are going to focus on our homes in the New Year as well. No matter what your budget, we think everyone will find some great tips here this month. SEEK has a few things in store that will help us become more “green” in our homes as well. Who doesn’t want to “Seek a NEW you” in your home, the place you deserve to be happy, clean and comfortable?

We also have lots to share with you about healthy eating and educating you about changes you can make to change you and your families eating habits. We will feature great products, recipes, restaurants and ideas for your own kitchen and pantries for a “Healthier NEW You“.

Finally SEEK will be highlighting one local charity a month with you to inspire your giving spirits throughout the year. It doesn’t matter whether it is your time, money or efforts… EVERY charity needs help! We hope you will get to know some different needs in the Triad through these charities and focus on what they are doing for our community. Working together for our community is what makes living in the Triad a great place to be!!!

Sounds like a lot for 2 girls to do, huh? Well, we would like to enlist the help of our readers and fans to be guest writers as well. Seek knows there is a lot of talent and knowledge out there in the Triad. We would love to help show case it here on SEEK. So, if you have something to tell us about in the Triad or want to be a guest writer let us know on our contact form!

Last but not least, we would like to announce the winner of our SEEK gift pack is Kathryn Ferrante!  Congratulations Kathryn!
