Seek had a quick lunch date a couple weeks ago and happened to have our camera in tow. We didn’t necessarily have what was on the “Daily Specials”, but at 6 BUCKS a meal, we’ll be back!!! We were on the other hand happy with our food, service was pleasant and for a nice quiet luncheon place, 223 South Elm is the place to be!

223 is one of my favorite restaurants and Jason is one of the most creative chefs in the Triad.
