Seek Tomato Soup Recipe: 2 Ingredients, 2 Steps, 2 YUMMY!!!
We don’t know exactly where this recipe originated, but with it’s simplicity, how could anyone claim it? Even better the ingredients are items you can keep on hand and chances are maybe already do. You can save this recipe for a rainy… better yet, a snowy day you’re craving that hearty bowl of tomato soup.

Ingredients:
1- 28oz. Can of diced tomatoes with basil
2- 1 8oz block of cream cheese (use low-fat if you want to go a little healthier)

Directions:
1- Dump tomatoes (optional-puree tomatoes first) and cream cheese in pot.
2- Stir and heat. (till cheese is melted)

And that’s ALL folks!!!

{PLEASE NOTE: Soup picture taken by Janelle Robinson of Sodderbug. Go check her out… she’s multi-talented and we just love her new business Sodderbug!!! Keep an eye out for this girl}
