Triad, we have a very important question for you today. The answer to the question matters. If you could just take a few minutes to really ponder this question leave a comment today it would be greatly appreciated.

local economy

One of the reasons that we are hanging with you in this virtual world of Seek the Triad is because we are very passionate about the Triad and its local economy. Over the last few months we have really come to know and love so many of the people that own brick and mortar stores and restaurants. Each one of these businesses represents someones dreams and passions.

It is no secret that we all are trying to cut back on spending, ourselves included.

When we make purchases we want to make them wisely.

We put thought into them.

We plan them.

We support someone’s dream.

FEENEY’S Frozen Yogurt Bar. I live in Winston-Salem and yesterday I drove all the way to New Garden Rd. under the auspice of running a Greensboro-bound errand. The truth? A Feeney’s Fix.

Fresh Market! A great Greensboro company! I get my coffe there. Which reminds me that I really miss Tobacco USA – where I used to get my coffee.

The Shoe Market on W. Market Street.

Mario’s Pizza – great place to get one slice of pizza. Our favorite is the Wendover location but sometimes we hit the New Garden store.

Would have to say Feeney’s Fro-Yo! I do not know what my girls would do at this point without it. We miss it for a couple of days and the employees are wondering where we have been. :)
